Operation
You can only use this instruction in a DMA channel thread.
DMAGO
When the DMA manager executes Go for a DMA channel that is in the Stopped state, it performs the
following steps on the DMA channel:
1. Moves a 32-bit immediate into the program counter
2. Sets its security state
3. Updates it to the Executing state.
Note: If a DMA channel is not in the Stopped state when the DMA manager executes
DMAC does not execute
