6.1

Overview

The following resets are implemented: RES# pin reset, power-on reset, voltage monitoring 0 reset, voltage monitoring 1
reset, voltage monitoring 2 reset, independent watchdog timer reset, and software reset.
Table 6.1 lists the reset names and sources.

Voltage input to the RES# pin is driven low.
VCC rises (voltage monitored: VPOR)
VCC falls (voltage monitored: Vdet0)
VCC falls (voltage monitored: Vdet1)
VCC falls (voltage monitored: Vdet2)
The independent watchdog timer underflows, or a refresh error occurs.
