[1] Set MTU3 and MTU4 to complementary PWM mode. For details, refer to
section 19.3.8, Complementary PWM Mode.

[2] Specify the external pulse width measurement function for the target TIOR
in MTU5. For details, refer to section 19.3.11, External Pulse Width

[3] Set bits CST3 and CST4 in TSTRA and bits CSTU5, CSTV5, and CSTW5
in MTU5.TSTR to 1 to start count operation.

value is captured in MTU5.TGR.
To prevent the generation of the MTU5.TGIm5 interrupt (m = U, V, W)

request under the capture condition specified in TIOR, do not enable
interrupt requests in MTU5.TIER.
[5] For U-phase dead time compensation, when an interrupt is generated at

the crest (TGIA3) or trough (TCIV4) in complementary PWM mode, read
the MTU5.TGRU value, calculate the difference in time between
MTU3.TGRB and MTU5.TGRU, and write the corrected value to
MTU3.TGRD in the interrupt processing.
For the V phase and W phase, read the MTU5.TGRV and MTU5.TGRW
values and write the corrected values to MTU4.TGRC and TGRD,
respectively, in the same way as for U-phase compensation.
The MTU5.TCNT value should be cleared through the TCNTCMPCLR
setting or by software.
Note: The MPC and port mode registers (PMR) of the I/O ports should be set
up in advance.
As the interrupt flag is set under the capture condition specified in
TIOR, do not enable interrupt requests in MTU5.TIER.
