During the low-consumption states of deep sleep and big sleep, the ULPD
scans hardware events, interrupts, and external clock requests to restore the
clock reference system (or/and external clocks) and wake up the ARM926EJS
processor.
The main steps in the transition from the deep sleep or big sleep modes to the
awake mode are shown in Figure 25.
