Command Reference Guide
mac address-table aging-time <value>
Use the mac address-table aging-time command to set the length of time dynamic medium access control
(MAC) addresses remain in the switch or bridge forwarding table. Use the no form of this command to
reset this length to the default setting.

By default, the aging time is 300 seconds.

Usage Examples
The following example sets the aging time to 10 minutes:
(config)#mac address-table aging-time 600
60000CRG0-35E
Sets an aging time in seconds. Range is 10 to 1000000 seconds. Set to 0 to
disable the timeout.
