loopback network
Use the loopback network command to enable a loopback of the interface (towards the network). Use the
no form of this command to disable the loopback. Variations of this command include:
loopback network b1
loopback network b2
loopback network both

Usage Examples
The following example enables a B2 loopback of the basic rate interface (BRI) 1/2 interface:
(config)#interface bri 1/2
(config-bri 1/2)#loopback network b2

Loops the data on B1 back towards the network. A B1 loopback does not
disrupt D-channel signaling.
Loops the data on B2 back towards the network. A B2 loopback does not
disrupt D-channel signaling.
Loops the data on B1 and B2 back towards the network, but does not
disrupt D-channel signaling.
