4. Device does not implement system configuration pin. TESTMODE is the only pin affecting device configuration. It is latched
on PORST rising edge and internally pull-down.
5. Function of XTAL/EXTAL pins defined by the enable bit in the flash user test row. If enabled, the pins are analog inputs to
the oscillator. If disabled, the XTAL/EXTAL pins remain in High impedance after reset.
