1. Open the page Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Authorisations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.

Configuring the Maximum Duration of Transferred Calls (External to External)

The maximum duration of transferred calls (external to external) indicates how many minutes
a connected call between two external subscribers may last at most.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Settings > Basic settings.
2. Enter a value in the Max. duration of switched calls: external with external entry
field under GENERAL. Possible entries:

to 99: The PBX ends the transferred call after 1 to 99 minutes.
