Monitoring System Messages

Proceed as follows:
• Using the Configuration Manager (
Every event that occurs in the PBX is logged in a list with up to 2000 entries per category and
displayed in chronological order.
Notes: The page is not refreshed automatically.
When the maximum number of entries is exceeded, old entries in the same
category are automatically deleted.
If you update your firmware from Version 6.4 to 6.6, old log files are grouped
to form a *.tar archive in the SFTP range.
SELECTED FILTER
All events: All the events in the list are displayed.
e.g. system information: Only events in the selected category (e.g. system information) are
displayed.
Free text input: Events whose Notification column contains the text input here are displayed.
Date - Time
PBX date and time at which the system event occurred
Category
System event category: System information, Simple malfunction, Serious malfunction, Security
warning
Notification
More detailed information about the system event (in English, no matter what language is used
in the Configuration Manager)
Print
The print preview now opens.
