Importing Exception Telephone Numbers

Importing Exception Telephone Numbers
The columns Phone number / range and Name can be imported from a text file (e.g., *.txt,
*.csv).
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Exception phone numbers saved on the hard drive as a text file (e.g., *.txt, *.csv), data
arranged in rows and separated by semicolons
1. Open the page Routing > VoIP and GSM routing > Exception numbers.
2. Click
Import.
3. Click Browse (this text is dependent on the operating system used).
4. Select the file to be imported and click Open (this text is dependent on the operating
system used).
The path and the file are displayed in the entry field.
5. Click Import file.
The exception numbers are saved in the PBX.
Further steps:
• The CSV import into the table of exception numbers is restricted to the phone numbers and
the name. All fixed network lines under 1st dialling or send busy for the 2nd dialling
and 3rd dialling is entered for the imported phone numbers. This must be manually
adapted later.

Exporting Exception Telephone Numbers

The columns Phone number / range and Name can be exported as a text file (*.txt). The data
is arranged in rows and separated by semicolons in this file.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
