Characters for classification:
Important: Depending on the configuration of the fax box in the printer driver,
the exchange line access number of the PBX automatically precedes the fax
number or has to be entered in front of the Fax number of the recipient.
Note:
The field Fax number of the recipient is a combined entry and list field
where the entered phone numbers of the last 30 sent faxes are recorded.
When the fax number is entered, this field checks if the characters match the
recorded numbers and suggests an auto-complete in this case.
Before the entered phone number is sent, it is automatically converted into a
perfect digit string.
If a phone number has been previously saved in the clipboard of the PC it will
be automatically included in the entry field.
4. In the Fax box for transfer list field, select the desired fax box.
