Printing the Call Data List

Printing the Call Data List
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the following page:
• For admin: User data > Call data > Call data list
• For user: Call data list.
2. Select the desired filter in the SELECTED FILTER list field.
The call data records to be printed are displayed.
3. Click Print.
A printing view of the call data list opens.
4. Print the call data list via the printing function of your browser.
Note: In case of wide call data tables it is necessary to configure the printout
correspondingly (e.g. for Mozilla Firefox you open Print... under the File
menu. Click Properties... in the Printer section and select the option

Subscriber (Scr no. invoice + scr no.real): To display calls made
by selected internal subscribers, enter the filter criteria in the list
field. Possible entries:
Phone number, name and replacement
Connection number: To display calls initiated via the own external
number, enter the filter criteria in the entry field. Possible entries:
Phone number, name and replacement
External partner: To display calls made with selected external
subscribers, enter the filter criteria in the entry field. Possible
entries:
Phone number, name and replacement
Alternatively, you can leave this field empty and filter out all external
subscribers who did not leave a name and/or phone number by
selecting the anonymous callers check box.
Projekt number/s: To display calls assigned to projects enter the
project number in the entry field.
