Configuring a Ringtone for the Door Call

To distinguish door calls by the ringtone, different ringtones may be configured.
The ringtone indicates which tone sequence is used to signal door calls to the internal PBX
subscribers.
Note:
Signalling is carried out by analogue devices as described (depending on the
end device used).
ISDN devices generate their own call tone/ringtone. For more information,
refer to the description of your ISDN end device.
Auerswald system telephones ring with the ringtone set for door calls.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for door calls
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Door terminal and switch input (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product
Details > Basic Assembly and Extensions)
• Configured door call
1. Open the page Devices > Door terminals.
2. Click
in the line of the corresponding door call.
3. In the Ringtone list field select one of the following options:
