---: Disables the forwarding to the voice mailbox.
[Phone number of voice mailbox] - [Name of the voice mailbox]: Enables
the additional call to the corresponding voice mailbox.
4. In the list field Call acceptance type under Voice mailbox, select one of the following
options:
immediately: The voice mailbox will be called immediately.
on no reply: In addition to the subscriber/group, the voice mailbox will be
called after expiration of the Call acceptance time on no reply.
on busy: The voice mailbox will be called if the internal number of the
subscriber/group is busy and if no call forwarding on busy has been enabled
for the subscriber/group.
on no reply + on busy: The voice mailbox will be called if the subscriber/group
does not reply (see on no reply) or if the internal number of the subscriber/
group is busy (see on busy).
on all logged out (only for groups): The voice mailbox will be called if no group
member is logged in.
5. In the Call acceptance time on no reply entry field, enter the delay (in seconds) after
which the subscriber's voice mailbox picks up a call on no reply. Possible entries:

If info calls are enabled, the arrival of new voice messages immediately after completion of the
recording will be signaled by a call from the voice mailbox to the telephone of the corresponding
subscriber/group member. When this is done, the phone number or name of the voice mailbox
is shown on the telephone display.
Note: COMfortel system telephones (ISDN, VoIP) do not receive info calls.
New voice message are displayed on these telephones via LED signalling
(e. g. message button).
