Configuring Call Assignments

Configuring Call Assignments
In call assignment you can specify which external number the Call Through user dials to access
the Call Through function, and how many simultaneous Call Through calls are permitted.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• External numbers have been entered
• To use VoIP numbers: Standard (use of From headers als Screened Number)
configured for the VoIP provider as evaluation type of incoming SIP messages (see chapter
Settings > VoIP Provider > Configuring the Evaluation of Incoming SIP Messages)
1. Open the page Functions > Call Through.
2. In the Call Through number list field under CALL ASSIGNMENT, choose the
external number that the Call Through user must dial to call the PBX for Call Through.
Note: Call Through numbers are not included in call distribution and cannot
be diverted.
3. In the Max. number list field under CALL ASSIGNMENT, select one of the following
options:
No Call Through calls are permitted.
Value, e.g.
Through calls.

Creating Call Through Users

The phone numbers on the mobile phone (call through user) which are used to carry out the
Call Through function must be entered under Address books. The corresponding contacts
must then be selected as Call Through users. In addition, it can be configured whether the
phone number dialled by the Call Through user should be checked to see if it is a call restrictor
or call deblocker number.
