Announcement before Answering
Switching Announcement before Answering for Fallback On/Off and Selecting Announcement
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for configurations
• Separately for external connections
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Assigned announcement before answering
1. Open the page Public switched tel. networks > Call distribution.
2. In the CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR... list field, select the required connection.
3. Click the required configuration.
4. Select the Fallback option.
5. In the list fields under Fallback, select the settings for the fallback:
No Announcement before Answering: The caller hears no announcement.
Ann. before answering 1-10: The caller hears the selected announcement.
No subscriber: The caller is not transferred. The is terminated after the
announcement.
Subscriber xxx/group yyy: The caller is transferred to the configured phone
number.
immediately: The caller is transferred immediately.
after Announcement before Answering: The caller is transferred after the
announcement.
