1. Open the page Groups > Properties > Reachability.
2. In the list field at the top, select the group in question by its name or number.
3. In the Call signallisation list field, select one of the following options:
Immediately: The call is signalled during the greeting message.
After announcement before answering: The call is signalled after the
greeting message when the caller hears Music on Hold.

the required announcement before answering.

If announcement before answering for fallback is enabled, in external calls which could not be
assigned via call distribution a greeting message is played to the caller.
