Entering the Address of the E-mail Sender for the Outgoing Mail Server

The address of the e-mail sender is used to display it to the recipient of the e-mails.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for outgoing mail servers.
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Knowledge of the access data for the outgoing mail server
1. Open the page Administration > E-mail > Outgoing mail server.
2. In the list field at the top, select an outgoing mail server according to its name.
3. Enter the sender that should be displayed for sent messages in the Sender entry
field.

Assigning Outgoing Mail Servers

Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Separately for fax boxes
• For system e-mails
Requirements:
• Configured outgoing mail server
1. Open one of the following pages:
• Voice mail or fax box: Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties
• System e-mails: Administration > System messages
