Configuring Users and their Authorisations for a Voice Mailbox

A box can only be used if an owner has been assigned to it (see Devices > Voice mail/fax
boxes > Phone numbers). In addition to the owner, further users can also be assigned to the
box.
Note:
An owner is automatically entered as a user with all authorisations.
All group members have the authorisations assigned to the group. If a group
member or a subgroup is also entered individually as a user, the authorisa-
tions assigned to this user will also apply to this group member/subgroup.
If the administrator has not refused the access authorisation, the user can perform the following
changes/actions using the configuration manager:
• Querying, copying, moving, and deleting messages
• Voice mailbox properties of the subscribers and groups, which are not controlled via a
profile
• RSS feeds under Settings
