Configuring Call Acceptance (Call-Specific Behaviour) for Voice Mailboxes

Note:
If you have selected this check box, the caller's phone number will be
displayed under Caller on the page User data > Messages (Admin) or
Messages (Voice mail/fax boxes) (User), even though the caller does not
leave a message or though he already hangs up during the announcement.
If you have cleared this check box, the voice mailbox only records calls for
which a caller leaves a message (of more than two seconds).
Configuring Call Acceptance (Call-Specific Behaviour) for Voice Mailboxes
Note: If the call-specific behaviour is permanently set in a configuration by
means of a profile, the corresponding table can be viewed. Click the corre-
sponding profile name which is displayed in red font. The corresponding
profile configuration is displayed.
The call acceptance of the voice mailbox can be configured to show different behaviour for
different call types.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Note: As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...). If the check box Profile-
controlled settings has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see chapter Settings >
Profiles.
