Configuring Number Presentation (Incoming) for Group

Note:
For the option No, the telephone service Connected Line Identification
Restriction (COLR2) must be released by the network provider.
On a connection with a GSM gateway, the phone number presentation
configured in the PBX is not used because the actual phone number
presentation is directly configured in the individual GSM gateway.
Configuring Number Presentation (Incoming) for Group
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for groups
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Note: As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...). If the check box Profile-
controlled settings has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see chapter Settings >
Profiles.
Requirements:
• Configured external numbers
1. Open the page Groups > Properties > Exchange line settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the group in question by its name or number.
3. In the Number presentation (incoming) list field, select one of the following options:
No: The phone number is suppressed.
Standard: Both the DDI parallel to the internal number and the MSN on the
PTM connection over which the subscriber is called are presented on the
PTMP connection.
Exchange line dependent: The phone number to be presented is configured
separately for each external connection under Expert.
