10. Select or clear the Send in the case of failure of automatic clean-up check box
under E-mail transfer.
Note: After a failure of the automatic clean-up, an e-mail will be sent to the e-
mail addresses entered under Message recipients.
11. In the Send after fax transfer list field, select one of the following options under E-
mail transfer:
off: Disables e-mail transfer after fax transfer.
in the case of errors: Enables e-mail transfer after failed fax transfer.
always: Enables e-mail transfer after fax transfer.
12. Enabled Send after fax transfer: Select or clear the Attach sent message as a file
attachment check box under E-mail transfer.
Note: Faxes are provided as *.pdf files.

Entering E-Mail Addresses of Message Recipients for a Fax Box

The e-mail addresses of up to 10 message recipients can be entered for e-mail transfer. Subse-
quently, a test e-mail can be sent to check whether the e-mail transfer to the message recip-
ients entered works without fault.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
• Configured DNS server (under Administration > IP configuration)
• Configured outgoing mail server (under Administration > E-mail > Outgoing mail server)
1. Open the page Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties > Box settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the fax box in question according to the name or
number.
