Assigning A Logo - Auerswald COMpact 4000 Operation Manual

The file may have a size of 50 kB max. The memory for all logos is limited to
500 kB.
If do not import your own logo, the Auerswald logo included in the scope of
supply will be used.
Requirements:
• Language file (*.jpg) saved on a data storage device (PC)
1. Open the page Administration > E-mail > Logo management.
2. Click Import.
3. Click Browse (this text is dependent on the browser used).
4. Select the file with the required logo *.jpg and click Open (this text is dependent on
the operating system used).
The file is displayed in the entry field.
5. Click Import data.
The logo is displayed under Existing logo files angezeigt.

Assigning a Logo

Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Separately for fax boxes
• For system e-mails
1. Open one of the following pages:
• Voice mail or fax box: Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties
• System e-mails: Administration > System messages
2. Only for voice mail or fax boxes: In the list field at the top, select a voice mail/fax box
according to its name/number.
