Columns On The Call Data List - Auerswald COMpact 4000 Operation Manual

Note: The data in the call data list can be displayed through filters.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
• Open the following page:
• For admin: User data > Call data > Call data list
• For user: Call data list.
Note:
Click the column headings to change the sorting criteria and the sort order.
Up to three sorting criteria can be selected one after the other. The last
selected criterion is the main criterion.
Use the browser menu bar to print out the call data list.

Columns on the Call Data List

On the page User data > Call data > Print options (for user: Print options) the columns to
be displayed and printed can be configured. In addition, new names can be assigned to the
columns there in the call data list.
Note: In the following lists, all of the columns are labelled using standard
labels and the field labels. The field labels are located in brackets behind the
standard label if they deviate from the standard labels.
Date
This column shows the day the call was started. The date information is displayed in
DD.MM.YY format.
