5. Click Send.
The fax is transferred to the PBX and sent from there.
Note:
At the bottom of the dialogue window, the status line displays a status bar
during the data transfer.
After the data transfer, the status line displays a message (successful/not
successful).
6. Click Close.
Note:
If the function Close dialogue automatically after successful transfer has
been enabled in the printer driver before the fax has been transferred
successfully, this step will not be applicable.
If you want to cancel the transfer of a fax because, for example, you entered
the wrong number for the fax recipient, you can delete the fax message under
User data > Messages (as an administrator) or Messages (Voice mail/fax
boxes) (as a user) in the Configuration Manager of the PBX.
Send a fax to multiple recipients (Broadcasting file)
The function Broadcasting file of the Auerswald Fax printer driver allows you to send faxes to
multiple recipients in one step.
Requirements:
• Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
• At least one channel set for outgoing calls of the voice mail/fax function (Channels used
simultaneously for outgoing calls)
• Created fax box
• Installed and configured Auerswald Fax printer driver
1. Create the text file (*.csv, *.txt) that include the fax recipients' phone numbers.
