If contacts with different contact data are already present, new contacts are
created.
The contacts are automatically assigned to the predefined standard contact
groups.

File Formats for Adress Book Import

You can import address books with the file format *.csv.
Note: From firmware version 6.0A, the User data > Telephone book page
has been replaced by the User data > Address books page.
Files corresponding to the following two file formats can be imported:
• File format from telephone book export (prior to firmware version 6.0A)
• File format from address book export
File Format from Telephone Book Export prior to Firmware Version 6.0A
You can import data records that have been exported from the telephone book of a
COMmander 6000 with a firmware version prior to version 6.0A or have the same format. The
following conditions must be met:
Character format: Latin 1
Division between columns: By semicolons.
Quotation marks: Can be used.
Line break: Every line must end with a line break (Enter key). Line breaks
inside or at the end of columns are not allowed. The first line also ends with a
line break, without semicolon.
The first line must be German and is structured as follows:
Kurzwahl;Rufnummer;Name
Kurzwahl: Number for short-code dialling
Rufnummer: Will be taken over as first work phone number.
Name: Will be taken over as display name and surname.
Data records with this format will only be assigned to the contact group Telephone book version
1.
