Port Overview
The port overview shows the previously configured and the permanently-specified ports on the
PBX. In addition, the columns TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) and UDP (User Datagram
Protocol) show which transport protocols are used.
Note: The overview can be viewed and printed (
manager by opening the page Views > Ports.
External Call Channel Assignment (Monitoring)
The external call channel assignment shows the status of the call channels (free, in use,
blocked), the emergency call ability and whether a GSM gateway is connected to the external
port.
Note:
You can view external call channel assignments in the configuration manager
by opening the Monitoring > External call channel assignment page.
When you open the page it first shows the status, which is automatically
updated every 30 seconds.
The status of a call channel is indicated by a coloured dot.
Call channel is being used.
Call channel is available.
Call channel has emergency call ability.
Call channel does not have emergency call ability.
Status Messages (Monitoring)
If errors occur in the PBX which can be resolved by intervention using the configuration
manager or in the hardware, these errors are listed in the overview. Each error is explained in
an error message. In most cases, a link will be displayed on which you can click to go to the
page where the error can be corrected.
Note:
If an error occurs, the status messages appear directly after you log into the
configuration manager.
