Call Allowance Account
Configuring Credit for a Call Allowance Account
Important: If using an analogue exchange line or a VoIP account for external
calls, the call allowance account doesn't work.
• The AOCD service attribute released by the network provider (charge transmission during
the connection)
• Soft LCR configured
• Tariff table set up
1. Open the page Functions > Call allowance accounts.
2. Enter the desired amount in the entry field under Call allowance balance (EUR).
Note: You cannot enter a call allowance balance if Unlimited allowance
under Charge according the following pattern is selected.

• External S port (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details > Basic

1. Open the page Functions > Call allowance accounts.
2. Click Recharge call allowance.
3. Select the check boxes of the subscribers in question to charge their call allowance
balance or select the check box at the bottom to select all subscribers for charging.
4. Click Save.
