Entering the Delay Time for Call Forwarding on No Reply for Groups
The delay time for call forwarding on no reply for groups indicates after how many seconds a
call is forwarded.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for groups
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Note: As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...). If the check box Profile-
controlled settings has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see chapter Settings >
Profiles.
1. Open the following page:
• For admin: Groups > Properties > Reachability
• For user: Group properties > Reachability.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. in the Delay time for CF on no reply entry field under Function > Call Forwarding,
enter a value. Possible entries:
1
to 60: After 1 to 60 seconds a call on no reply will be forwarded if the
subscriber called does not respond.

Switching Call Forwarding for External Numbers On/Off

If call forwarding for an external number is enabled, external calls to the external number are
rerouted to other external connections.
