• Special dial tone if use of the call data memory has reached: To be notified about this
situation a special dial tone can be heard on certain telephones (configured under
subscriber profiles or subscriber features Signallisation by tones) at a certain filling grade
of the memory. The filling grade of the memory that triggers the special dial tone can be
configured in percent here.
• Overwrite the memory automatically: In case of a filled call data memory the recording
of further calls can be enabled by allowing to overwrite the memory automatically.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page User data > Call data > Settings.
2. Select or clear the check box for the call type (Recording outgoing calls, Recording
incoming calls, Recording wake-up calls) under CALL CHARGE DATE
MANAGEMENT.
3. If necessary, select or clear the corresponding check box for the sub-selection:

Configuring a Currency Name

The currency name indicates which abbreviation is used for the currency in the configuration
manager (e.g., "EUR" for Euros).
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Functions > Call allowance accounts.
2. Enter the desired abbreviation in the Currency name entry field.

Configuring the Cost per Call Unit

The cost per call unit are used for internal calculations and the display.
