Note:
If the function Close dialogue automatically after successful transfer has
been enabled in the printer driver before the fax has been transferred
successfully, this step will not be applicable.
If you want to cancel the transfer of a fax because, for example, you entered
the wrong number for the fax recipient you can delete the fax message under
User data > Messages (as an administrator) or Messages (Voice mail/fax
boxes) (as a user) in the Configuration Manager of the PBX.

Operating and Querying a Fax Box

All sent and received faxes are stored as *.pdf files. Up to 999 messages per box and up to
100,000 messages in the total system can be administrated.
Note:
On system telephones, new fax messages are signalled by the LED on the
message key (optional, see telephone manual)
In addition, the users of a fax box can be informed about new fax messages
by e-mail (see chapter Voice Mail and Fax Boxes > Fax Box > Configuring E-
mail Transfer for Fax Box) or by SIP MWI (optional, see chapter Voice Mail
and Fax Boxes > MWI).
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
• On a system telephone using the menu/function key (optional, see the telephone manual)
Requirements:
• Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
• At least one transferred/received fax
• To read the fax: Acrobat Reader installed on the PC
