Columns on the Call Data List
Billing Factor (Fact.)
In this column the conversion factor for the Charges is displayed. This value may be changed
individually per subscriber. The charges will only be changed for calls made after the change.
Note: In the view of a user logged-in to the web server this Fact. is not visible.
In the user view under Charges the calculated product of transmitted
charges and Fact. is visible.
Direction
This column displays if this call is outgoing (started by the PBX) or incoming (calls to the PBX.
Billing Type
This column contains the call type:
business business call
private private call: An external call with a private exchange line access was
started
successful successful call
unsuccessful unsuccessful call
