Picking up during a Call

Picking up during a Call
Requirements:
• Authorisation Pick-up assigned to the subscriber
• To pick up an external call: Exchange line authorisation assigned to the subscriber for
incoming calls (International, National, City or only incoming, with emergency call)
If an internal telephone rings in your proximity during a call, proceed as follows:
1. Press the Flash key or the Query key.
2. Dial ##06.
3. Enter the internal number of the telephone that is ringing. Possible entries:
Internal number of the individual telephone
Direct exchange line telephone: with preceding **)
Internal number of the group
exchange line telephone: with preceding **)
You are connected with the caller.

Switching the Authorisation for Pick-up On/Off

If the authorisation for pick-up is enabled, the subscriber in question can take calls by pick-up.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Authorisations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. In the Pick up list field, select one of the following options:
