Pick-up of All Calls to Group Members
If a subscriber has assigned a speed-dialling key to a group of which he is a member, the
speed-dialling key blinks red to signalise an incoming call to the phone number of the group so
that he can take over the call.
If the function Pick-up of all calls to group members is enabled, not only calls to the phone
number to the group, but also calls directly to the phone number of a group member will be
signalised.
Switching Pick-up of all Calls to Group Members On/Off
If Pick-up of all calls to group members is enabled, a member of this group can pick up calls
to the phone number of the group as well as direct calls to individual members of the group.
If Pick-up of all calls to group members is disabled, a member of this group can only pick up
direct calls to the phone number of the group.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for groups
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Note: As described in the following, the setting is also possible configuration-
dependent via profiles (... > Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...). If
the check box Profile-controlled settings has been selected, the property
set in the right-hand column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see
chapter Settings > Profiles.
1. Open the page Groups > Properties > Settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the group in question by its name or number.
3. Select or clear the Pick-up of all calls to group members check box.
