Connecting the Ethernet Port with the Internet/LAN

Requirements:
• Minimal distance between the devices
• For Internet access: Broadband Internet connection (e. g. DSL router, TV cable router)
• For LAN access: Existing network (LAN) with the following characteristics:
– Data transmission rate 100 Mbit/s
Note: For VoIP data communication in combination with the transmission of
limited amounts of data, a data transmission rate in the LAN of 10 Mbps is
sufficient under certain circumstances. For VoIP data communication in
combination with the transmission of large amounts of data (e. g.
