Door Functions
Creating a Door Call and Assigning it to the Door Terminal
Requirements:
• Switch input (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details > Basic
Assembly and Extensions)
• Created door terminal
1. Open the page Devices > Door terminals.
2. Click the second
terminal.
3. Enter a name for the switch input in the Switch input entry field.
4. Only for analogue door terminals: Enter the DTMF sequence which the connected
device uses as signal in the DTMF sequence entry field. Possible entries:
Digits and the characters * and #
5. Only for VoIP door terminals: Enter the SIP invite which the connected device uses
as signal in the SIP invite entry field. Possible entries:
Digits and the characters * and #
6. In the Destination number list field, select the required call destination. Or after
selecting Enter destination number, in the Destination number entry field, enter
the required call destination. Possible entries:
External number
Short-code number
Internal number of the individual telephone
Internal telephone of the group
Note:
The call destination is first entered identically for all configurations. It can be
changed afterwards.
If a door call should also be executed via VoIP accounts or GSM gateways,
in any case the external number must be entered with the corresponding city
code, even if it is the local prefix.
7. Click Ok.
