Importing Holidays

1. Open the page Functions > Calendar.
2. Create or edit a holiday:
• Creating: Double-click the day.
• Editing: Point the mouse cursor on the day. A tool tip is displayed. In this tool tip,
click .
A dialogue appears.
3. Enter a name for the holiday in the Description entry field.
4. In the LCR status list field, select one of the available options.
5. In the Holiday status list field, select one of the following options:
active: The selected day is enabled as a holiday (e. g. for automatic configu-
ration switchover).
inactive: The selected day is disabled as a holiday.
6. Click OK.
Importing Holidays
This function allows you to import holidays exported previously from another PBX of the same
design.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• A holiday file (*.ft) saved on a data storage device (PC)
1. Open the page Functions > Calendar.
2. Click Import.
3. Click Browse (this text is dependent on the browser used).
4. Select the file to be imported and click Open (this text is dependent on the operating
system used).
