1. Open the page Administration > Dealer/operator data.
2. Click Change.
3. If necessary, change the user name for the Administrator in the Admin user name
entry field. Possible entries:
Up to 32 digits
Digits: 0-
Characters: a- z, A- Z, no German umlauts and ß
4. If necessary, select the Change Admin PIN check box and change the Admin PIN in
the Admin PIN and Repeat Admin PIN entry fields. Possible entries:
Exactly 6 digits
Digits: 0-
Note:
All PINs in the PBX are unique. For this reason, you cannot assign the same
PIN twice.
Avoid using birthdays or specific dates as PINs. If you do, you will make it
easier for an attacker to find the right one. You should also avoid choosing
PINs that are easy to guess, such as 111111 or 123456.
The PIN is necessary e.g. for access to COMfortel Set.
5. If necessary, select the Change Admin password check box and change the Admin
password in the Admin password and Repeat Admin password entry fields.

8 to 32 digits
Digits:
Characters: a- z, A- Z, no German umlauts and ß
Special characters
Note:
A coloured bar under the entry field shows the security level of the password
(red = low level, green = high level).
Passwords with a low security level can not be saved.
