Proceed as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Separately for groups
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
• Configured internal subscribers and/or groups
• Created fax box:
• Subscriber/group is owner or user of at least one fax box
1. Open one of the following pages:
• Subscriber:
for admin: Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Voice mail/fax boxes.
for user: Subscriber Properties > Voice mail/fax boxes.
• Group:
for admin: Groups > Properties > Voice mail/fax boxes.
for user: Group Properties > Voice mail/fax boxes.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber/group in question by means of the
name or number.
3. In the list field Phone number of the box under Fax box, select one of the following
options.
---: Disables the forwarding to the fax box.
[Number of fax box] - [Name of fax box]: Enables the forwarding to the fax
box.
