The path and the file are displayed in the entry field.
5. Click Import data.
The holidays are saved in the PBX.
Note: If the list to be imported includes a date that has already been entered
on the page, the import file entry is discarded.

Exporting Holidays

The entered holidays can be exported into a holiday file (*.ft) so they can be imported after-
wards to a different PBX of the same design.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Functions > Calendar.
2. Click Export.
The dialogue for downloading the file publicholiday.ft appears.
3. Save the file on the PC.
