Requirements:
• Knowledge of the access data for the outgoing mail server
1. Open the page Administration > E-mail > Outgoing mail server.
2. In the list field at the top, select an outgoing mail server according to its name.
3. With enabled authentication: Enter the user name in the User name entry field.

Entering the Password of the Outgoing Mail Server

Proceed as follows:
• Separately for outgoing mail servers.
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:

2. In the list field at the top, select an outgoing mail server according to its name.
3. Enter the password for the outgoing mail server in the Password entry field.

Switching Encryption for the Outgoing Mail Server On/Off

If encryption is enabled, the connection of the outgoing mail server is secured using the SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The data is transferred via https.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for outgoing mail servers
• Using the configuration manager
