Requirements:
• Voice mail and fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details
> Basic Assembly and Extensions)
1. Open the page Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Phone numbers.
The concerning boxes are marked by
2. Click Restore under Properties.
The box is ready for operation again.
Restoring Missing Data in the Database of the PBX
The boxes can be restored with the following data:
• Internal number and box name
• Messages
• Box-specific announcements
Note: Internal numbers can only be assigned one-time in the PBX. The
former phone number of the box to be restored can not be used if it already
exists in the PBX as internal number (see Overviews > Phone numbering
plan > Total overview).
