Note: Set the call duration in the connected door terminal to the maximum
call duration. The actual call duration will then be limited by the PBx.

Configuring the Exchange Line Settings and Number Presentation for Door Calls

The option permits the precise selection of the external connection and even of the phone
number to be presented.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for door calls
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Created door call
1. Open the page Devices > Door terminals.
2. Click in the line of the corresponding door call.
3. In the Exchange line selection/number presentation list field select one of the
following options:
---: Door calls can be made on all external channels.
External Connection: Door calls will be made on the selected external
connection.
4. In the DDI entry field, enter the DDI to be presented from the extensions block under
the corresponding slot. If the DDI is displayed in red font subsequently, it either does
not belong to the value range or the maximum number of own phone numbers has
already been entered.
