Deleting All Contacts - Auerswald COMpact 4000 Operation Manual

• As a user: Contacts & assignment.
All contacts view appears.
2. Limit your search:
• By contact group: click a contact group.
• Using the filter: enter at least one character or one digit in the Filter line in one or
more of the entry fields.
• Using the tabs: click All, Contacts without contact groups, or an initial letter.
3. Click the required contact's line.
Note: Click whilst holding down the Shift or Ctrl key to select several contacts
at a time so you can delete them.
4. Click Delete.
Note: The
A warning message is displayed.
5. Click Yes to confirm the warning message.
The contact is deleted.

Deleting all Contacts

If you have administrator or sub-administrator authorisation, you can delete all the contacts
simultaneously in All contacts view.
Important: If you delete all the contacts you cannot undo this step.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page User data > Address books > Contacts & assignment.
All contacts view appears.
