Deleting Outgoing Mail Servers

2. Only for voice mail or fax boxes: In the list field at the top, select a voice mail/fax box
according to its name/number.
3. In the Outgoing mail server, select one of the following options:
Standard: The e-mails will be sent via the default outgoing mail server.
Name of an outgoing mail server: The e-mails will be sent via the selected
outgoing mail server.
Deleting Outgoing Mail Servers
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Administration > E-mail > Outgoing mail server.
2. In the list field at the top, select an outgoing mail server according to its name.
3. Click Delete.
4. Click Continue.

Importing a Logo

The PBX supports a large number of logos (limited by the total memory available). These logos
can be freely assigned to the individual e-mail functions of the PBX (system e-mails, forwarding
of voicemail and fax messages).
The logo is used for display in the sent e-mails.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Note:
The logo must have the file format *.jpg and should have a size of 160 x 60
pixels (width x height).
