Configuring Exchange Line Authorisation for Subscribers

Exchange Line Authorisation
The exchange line authorisation determines which phone number types can be dialled by a
subscriber (e.g., phone numbers in the local telephone network).
Configuring Exchange Line Authorisation for Subscribers
The following exchange line authorisations can be configured:
• International: All international and domestic numbers can be dialled.
• National: All domestic numbers can be dialled.
• City: All phone numbers without a provider area code can be dialled.
Note: If GSM access is used for an outgoing call, the PBX automatically dials
the phone number with the configured area code (national destination code).
• Only incoming, with emergency call: Emergency numbers can be dialled, and incoming
external calls can be accepted.
• Only internal, with emergency call: Emergency numbers can be dialled, but no incoming
external calls can be accepted.
• Internal only, no emergency calls: No external calls can be made.
• Exchange line dependent: The exchange line authorisation can be configured separately
for the configured external connections.
Note: A subscriber needs at least Only incoming, with emergency call
exchange line authorisation to accept incoming external calls.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
Note: If differently configurable functions for private and business calls are
enabled, two different configurations can be created for each subscriber –
