1. Open the page User data > Call data > Settings.
2. In the list field Data separator under SFTP TRANSFER and select one of the
available options.
3. Select or clear the Generate header check box under SFTP TRANFER.
General Settings for SFTP Transfer in a Call Data File
Requirements:
• Configured and enabled SFTP server
1. Open the page User data > Call data > Settings.
2. In the File creation list field under SFTP TRANSFER and Call data file, select one
of the available options.
3. In the Clean-up interval list field under SFTP TRANSFER and Call data file, select
one of the available options.
4. Specify the upper limit of the file size in the Automatic deletion for assignment of
entry field under SFTP TRANSFER and Call data file. If this upper limited is reached,
the oldest data will be deleted automatically. Possible entries:
1 to 200
Note: The Folder of call data files is created automatically.
