After the first initialisation or the insertion of new modules, these modules have to be configured
using the configuration manager. Assign the existing modules to the used expansion slots and
perform the port configuration.
Port configuration is the basic set-up for the inserted modules. The connection assignments for
the ports must be set depending on the proper use and must be adapted to the actual
connection options on site.
Note: Please find the basic information for the use of the modules in the
section Installation and Setup.

Selecting Modules

Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Hardware > Selection of modules.
2. In the Configuration list fields, select the modules which were inserted on the corre-
sponding slots (Slot...).
Note:
The specifications here have to match the actual hard ware configurations of
your PBX. If this is the case, the settings will be marked in black. If it is not
the case, the settings will be marked in red.
If an inserted module should not be used, select the option not defined in the
corresponding list field.
If an inserted module is to be moved to a different slot, click move in the line
of the module to be moved on the page Hardware > Selection of modules.
Select the desired slot in the Move module to list field. The settings already
made for this module will not be lost by this action.
