Creating a Language File

The user-defined language file is created in the selected language of the configuration
manager (German or English) and contains the text modules described above.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Administration > E-mail > Internationalisation.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a name for the language file in the Name entry field.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Configure.
6. In the MAIL TYPE list field, selected the required group of text modules according to
its name.
7. In the entry fields of the Translation column, enter the translations of the text
modules.

Exporting a Language File

You can export a language file, for example to translate it with the help of a text editor, and then
import it again into the PBX.
