Important:
Note the following legal notes before saving the contacts.
It might be that the contacts include the following legally especially protected
components:
- Private and work addresses
- Private and work telephone and fax numbers
- The birthday
- A photo of the person (in connection with the data backup)
- The electronic contact addresses (private and work), e. g. the e-mail
address
- The position and department within a company
Before the contacts are being saved, all subscribers to the PBX must be
informed that these contents will be forwarded. They must also be informed
about who will use the data received.
It is absolutely necessary to store the data safely and in accordance with the
legal requirements.
If you want to make the contacts available to your specialised dealer or to the
manufacturer for error analysis, you must make sure that the legal require-
ments are fulfilled.
Proceed as follows:
• Use the configuration manager
Requirements:
• For users: read access to at least one contact group
1. Open the following page:
• As administrator: User data > Address books.
• As a user: Contacts & assignment.
All contacts view appears.
2. Click
csv export.
3. Accept the legal notes by entering
4. Save the text file to a data medium (PC).
